VIC: Approving additional capital contribution to VINFA

On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution to Vinfa Joint Stock Company with the total value of VND443,290,000,000 (equivalent to 44,290,000 shares). After the capital contribution completed, the VINGROUP Joint Stock Company owns 44,338,000 shares (equivalent to 443,380,000,000 dongs; contributed 96.39% charter capital of VINFA).
