NVL: Approving additional capital contribution to Thanh Nhon Real Estate

On February 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved the additional capital contribution to Thanh Nhon Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the total value of VND760,000,000,000. After the capital contribution completed, the No Va Land Investment Group Corporation owns 10,413,120 shares (equivalent to VND1,041,312,000,000, contributed 79.39% charter capital).
