On February 01, 2018, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company received Certificate No.07/GCN-UBCK dated September 06, 2016 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam allowing the Company to issue shares to exchange the shares of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company:
