LDG: Additional capital contribution in Dai Thinh Phat

On January 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved additional capital contribution to increase the charter capital of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

-          Total amount: VND64,500,000,000

-          Purpose: to supplement the investment capital for Marina Tower apartment project.

-          Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000 (LDG contributed VND119,953,000,000, equivalent to 79.97%).

-          To appoint Mr. Toan Minh Hiep is the representative of stake of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company in Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
