HAG: Capital Contribution to set up Hoang Anh Sai Gon Hydroelectric

Based on the Resolution No.2601/18/NQHĐQT.HAGL dated January 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of HAGL Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND49,500,000,000 for establishment of the Hoang Anh Sai Gon Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company and to appoint Mr. Vo Truong Son is the representative of stake of HAGL Joint Stock Company in Hoang Anh Sai Gon Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company.
