According to Board Resolution No.02/2018 dated January 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved the third first issue in 2018 as follows:

-          Issuer: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC)

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Offering volume: 500,000 bonds

-          Total offering value: VND500 billion

-          Offering price: 100% par value.
