RDP: Board resolution on capital contribution

RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 26, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital to establish CG Agricultural Joint Stock Company:

-          New company name: CG Agricultural Joint Stock Company

-          Head office: Doi Ma, Tan Kieng Phuoc commune, Go Cong Dong district, Tien Giang province

-          Business function: scrap recycling

-          Charter capital: VND200 billion

-          Capital contribution ratio of RangDong Plastic Joint Stock Company: VND50 billion, accounting for 25% of CG Agricultural Joint Stock Company.

-          Time of capital contribution: April 20, 2018

2)    The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Ho Duc Lam as the representative of RangDong Plastic Joint Stock Company managing the contributed capital in CG Agricultural Joint Stock Company in ten years, effective from January 26, 2018.
