DCL: DCL allowed to issue international convertible bonds

On February 01, 2018, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) received Official Document No.775/UBCK-QLCB dated January 31, 2018 by the State Securities Commission allowing Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company to issue international convertible bonds.

Accordingly, on February 07, 2018, DCL will issue US$20,000,000 convertible bonds to Rhinos Vietnam Convertible Bond Private Investment Fund No.3, managed by Rhinos Asset Management Co., Ltd. according to the plan in the resolution dated January 05, 2018.
