TCD: Board approves to contribute capital in TRACODI Power

Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) announces the Board resolution dated February 06, 2018 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved that TRACODI would contribute VND2,525,000,000, equivalent to 50.5% charter capital, to establish TRACODI Power Joint Stock Company.

-          The Board appointed Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam, BOD Chairman of TRACODI, as the representative of TRACODI in TRACODI Power Joint Stock Company.

-          The Board appointed Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy CEO of Bamboo Capital, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, CEO of TRACODI, to participate in the Board of Directors of TRACODI Power Joint Stock Company.
