VPS: The record date for 2016 cash dividend payment

On November 23, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1188/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (Stock code: VPS) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 05, 2016

-          Record date: December 06, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share).

-          Payment date: December 23, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (address: 102 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 01, HCM City) as from December 23, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
