On November 24, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1201/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock dividend payment for 2015 of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCH) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:   December 05, 2016

-        Record date:    December 06, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose:  To pay stock dividends for 2015

-        Estimated issue volume:  32,999,457shares

-        Exercise ratio: 10:1 (10%, The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new shares).

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        For example, if shareholder A owns 12,345 shares at the record date, he will receive 1,234 new shares. The fractional part (0.5share) will be cancelled.
