On November 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1208/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (Stock code: AAA) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 05, 2016

-          Record date: December 06, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: December 15, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (address: CN11 + CN12 PLot, An Dong Industrial Clusters, Nam Sach Town, Nam Sach District, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam) as from December 25, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
