SJD: The record date for cash dividend payment 2015

On November 30, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1222/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company (Stock code: SJD) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 12, 2016

-          Record date: December 13, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND 2,500/ share).

-          Payment date: December 23, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company - Thanh Binh Town, Bu Dop District, Binh Phuoc Province as from December 23, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
