On November 30, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1221/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company (Stock code: TCT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 13, 2016

-          Record date: December 14, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 17%/ par value (VND 1,700/ share).

-          Payment date: December 28, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company as from December 28, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
