VNE: The record date for 2015 dividend payment 2016 On November 23, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1192/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: VNE) as follows:
- Ex-right date: November 29, 2016
- Record date: November 30, 2016
- Purpose: to pay stock cash dividends for 2015.
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (10%) (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new shares).
- Number of shares expected to be issued : 8,075,858 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 417 shares at the record date, he will receive 41.7 new shares. The fractional part (0.7 share) will be cancelled.
- Place of payment:
