DQC: Resolution on the first dividend payment for 2016

On November 22, 2016, Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.65 to pay first dividends for 2016 as follows:

  Board approved to pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 15% (1,500dongs/share)

-          Payment time: December 20, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.
