On November 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1204/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (Stock code: DQC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 07, 2016

-          Record date: December 08, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).

-          Payment date: December 20, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (address: 125 Ham Nghi Street, District 1, HCM City) as from December 20, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
