1)    The BOD approved the new legal representative concurrently as CEO.

2)    The BOD approved Truong Thanh Wood Processing Co., Ltd to merger in to Truong Thanh IndustrialBoard Co., Ltd.

3)    The BOD approved to add business line:

4)    The BOD approved the resignation 02 members of the BOD and 01 member of the BOS:

-          Members of the BOD: Mr. Tran Viet Anh and Mr. Phuong Xuan Thuy

-          Member of the BOS: Ms. Bui Thi Kim Tuyen

5)    The BOD approved to elect 02 member of the BOD and 01 member of the BOS in the term 2012-2017:

-          Members of the BOD: Ms. Tran Hoai An and Ms. Nguyen Mai Hoa

-          Member of the BOS: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien – Head of the Supervisory Board.
