FLC: The certificate for public offering extended

On July 19, 2016, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam approved the extension for public offering of FLC Group Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Certificate for Public Offering No.15/GCN-UBCK dated April 22, 2016 was extended to the end of August 19, 2016. During the extension, FLC Group Joint Stock Company must complete the public offering.
