STG: Board approves to raise holding in Soreco

On July 14, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans) approved to invest another VND6.94 billion in Soreco Real Estate Development Company Limited (Soreco), raising the ownership rate of Sotrans to VND10 billion or 50% stake in Soreco.
