VNM: VSD allows the foreign ownership limit to increase to 100%

On July 21, 2016, HOSE received Official Document No.8369/VSD-DK dated July 21, 2016 by the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) regarding the adjustment to the foreign ownership limit at Vinamilk. Besides, according to Official Document No.4734/UBCK-PTTT dated July 20, 2016 by the State Securities Commission (SSC) and the proposal of Vinamilk, the Vietnam Securities Depository declared the adjustment to the foreign ownership limit at Vinamilk from 49% to 100%.
