STG: Board approves to raise holding in Sowatco

The Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans) allowed Sotrans Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of STG, as a representative to purchase shares in Southern Waterborne Transport Corporation (Sowatco). After the acquisition, the ownership ratio in SWC will increase to 75%.
