CDC: CDC transfers stake in Thuan Thanh Phat

On July 20, 2016, Chuong Duong Corporation (CDC) completed the transfer of 100% its stake in Thuan Thanh Phat Co., Ltd. to Hung Thinh Corp with the transfer value of VND245 billion.

Thuan Thanh Phat Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Chuong Duong Corporation, the investor of Chuong Duong GoldenLand Project in Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Hochiminh city.
