On July 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials JSC authorized Mr. Nguyen An Thai, CEO, to negotiate and sign an agreement to transfer 100% stake in Din My Dak Nong Concrete Co., Ltd.
