TNA: The record date for bonus stock issuance

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announced the record date of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation (stock code: TNA) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: May 29, 2017         
2. Record date: May 30, 2017          
3. Purpose: to issue shares to the existing shareholders in order to increase the owner’s equity.
4. Detailed information:

-          Estimated issue volume: 2,000,000 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 122:25 (Those who own 122 shares will receive 25 new shares.)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          The rights to receive new shares are not transferable.

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividend.
