SRF: BODs Resolution on record date for stock issuance

According to the Resolution No.04/NQ-HĐQT dated May 18, 2017, BODs of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved the record date for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity on June 20, 2017.
