According to the Resolution No.20/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated May 18, 2017, BODs of Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the public offering and private placement to strategic shareholders documents as follows:

-          Offering registration certificate of the public offering and private placement.

-          Prospectus.

-          The company’s charter

-          Resolution & Minutes of General Meeting Shareholders approved a plan for stock issuance and use of the proceeds from stock offering.

-          Report on the company’s charter capital increase.

-          Audited Financial statements in 2015 & 2016 (parent company & consolidated).

-          Financial statements in Q1.2017 (parent company & consolidated).

-          BODs Resolution approved stock offering documents.

-          Confirmation letter from the bank about the blockade account to receive money to buy shares.

-          Curriculum vitae of the BODs, Supervisory Board, Exercutive Board, Chief Accountant and the Authorized Spokesman.

-          List of internal shareholders and relevant person.

-          Other documents.
