THI: Report on the use of capital

Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company reports the use of capital from the private placement of shares as follows:

I. Information on private placement:

-          Offering volume: 23,600,000 shares

-          Total mobilized capital: 578,200,000,000 dongs

-          Beginning date of offering: August 16, 2016

-          Ending date of offering: November 11, 2016

II. Report on the use of capital:

1. Purpose: to raise the Company’s working capital: 328,200,000,000 dongs; to invest in land and infrastructure, serve the movement of plant: 250,000,000,000 dongs.
2. Report on the use of capital:

-    To sign the agreement of land lease of 70,770.8 m2 in Long Duc Industrial Zone, Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province.

-     On March 28, 2017, the Company transfer 20% of agreement value, equivalent to 27,338,123,103 dongs. The remaining amount will be paid by June 30, 2017.

-     The amount of 328,200,000,000 dongs will be added to the working capital in 2017.
