CIG: Board resolution on capital contribution

Coma18 Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.03 dated May 17, 2017 as follows:

1. To contribute capital to establish Yen Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company:

-    Charter capital: 120 billion dongs

-    Contribution ratio: Coma18 JSC invests 24 billion dongs, equivalent to 20%.

-   Purpose: to cooperate to invest in Hung Loi 1 and Hung Loi 2 Hydropower Plants in Hung Loi commune, Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province.

2. To appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Deputy CEO, to be the representative of Coma18 Joint Stock Company at Yen Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
