- Reason & Purpose: stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity

- Exercise ratio: 15% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)
- Estimated issue volume: 10,648,257 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
