-        Name of project: B1, B2, B3

-        Investor: Thien Long Group Corporation

-        Design Consulting Organization: Phuong Nam Construction Consultant & Computer – Investment Joint Stock Company

-        Purpose of investment: to build office, factory, warehouse & all kinds of stationery (ball- point pen, pen, pen brush & crayon)

-        Investment scale:

+ Total land area:                15,750.00 m²

+ Total construction area:     9,043.53 m²

+ New construction area:      2,135.52 m²

+ Total floor area:                 8,542.08 m²     

+ Number of stories:               4 floors

-        Construction location:  lot 6-8-10-12 Street 3, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Binh Tan District, Hochiminh.

-        Expected investment value in 2017: VND128,500,000,000 (including construction investment VND74,100,000,000 & devices VND54,000,000,000)

-        Expected investment resources:  50% equity & 50% borrowed funds

-        Time of implementation:

+ Preparation phase: from November 21, 2016 to March 18, 2017

+ Carrying out by construction: from March 20, 2017 to November 02, 2017

+ Devices installation: from November 03, 2017 to November 14, 2017

+ Official operation: November 15, 2017.
