On December 30, 2016, the BOD Chairman of VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VNDS) issued Decision No.498 regarding the signing of agreement to receive the transfer of stake at I.P.A Asset Management Company (IPAAM), as follows:

-          Transferor: I.P.A Investments Corporation

-          Transferee: VNDIRECT Securities Corporation

-          The transferred capital: 100% charter capital of I.P.A Asset Management Company

-          Transfer price: VND110,000,000,000.

-          Trading time: before January 20, 2017
