IJC: Resolution on the transfer of project

The Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development JSC on December 30, 2016 approved to implement the agreement in principle regarding the transfer of 143,424 m2 of land at 5C Lai Uyen Residential Area, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province between Becamex Infrastructure Development JSC and Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC. The total transfer value of VND376,774,848,000 will be transferred from 2016 to 2026.
