TDH: Resolution on record date for stock issuance

According to Board Resolution No.669 dated May 15, 2017, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved a record date for stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

1. Stock name: Stock ofThu Duc Housing Development Corporation
2. Stock type: common share
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Outstanding volume: 70,988,381 shares
5. Expected issue volume: 10,648,257 shares
6. Issue ratio: 15/100 (On the record date, the shareholders who own 100 common shares will receive 15 new shares.)
7. Transfer of rights: The rights to receive shares are not transferable.
8. Financial resource: the capital surplus
9. Record date: May 30, 2017
10. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
