PNJ: Resolution on the first dividend payment for 2015

The Board of Directors approved to pay the first cash dividend for 2015:

-          Record date: Expected on January 04, 2016

-          Payment date: Expected  on January 15, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 500/ share)

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company as from January 15, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
