On December 17, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1229/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: TIC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 28, 2015

-          Record date: December 30, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 13%/ par value (VND1,300/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: January 29, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company as from January 29, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
