On December 17, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1229/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation (stock code: DPM) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 28, 2015

-          Record date: December 30, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: January 29, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation as from January 29, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
