On December 31, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1263/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (stock code: VFG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 12, 2016

-          Record date: January 13, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim the second cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: January 28, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (Address: 29 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) as from January 28, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
