On January 06, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.09/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Khanh Hoi Investment and Services Corporation (stock code: KHA) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 15, 2016

-          Record date: January 18, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim the second cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: January 28, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Khanh Hoi Investment and Services Corporation as from January 28, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
