PDN: The record date for the first cash dividend payment 2015

On January 12, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.22/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company (stock code: PDN) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 28, 2016

-          Record date: January 29, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: February 26, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company (Address: 1B-D3, Binh Duong Hamlet, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.) as from February 26, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
