KSB: The record date for the first dividend payment 2015

On December 28, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1253/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSB) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 07, 2016

-          Record date: January 08, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2015  

-          Payment date: January 22, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (Address: Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province) as from January 22, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
