BMP: BMP changes the first dividend payment for 2015

Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.03 dated December 21, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the proposal of the BoD Chairman for the first dividend payment for 2015:

-          Payment ratio: 20% (VND2,000 for a share), in cash

-          Payment date: in January 2016

Article 2: This resolution replaces Board Resolution No.02 dated October 16, 2015.
