HNG: Board approves o delay obtaining shareholders’ opinions

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 24, 2017 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to delay seeking shareholders’ approval in writing according to the shareholder list of record date of March 10, 2017. The Board of Directors will directly submit and seek shareholders’ approval in the 2017 Annual General Meeting about a private placement for debt swap.
