-        Payment ratio: 55%/par value (VND5,500/share)

-        Payment date: May 20, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares                 have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company, Floor 11st, 236/6 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 17, Binh Thanh, Hochiminh (on the day of the week) from May 20, 2016 and please submit ID card.
