TVSC: TVSC declares 7% stock dividend & 3% bonus

On April 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved to pay stock dividends for 2015 (the second payment) and issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders:

-          Issue ratio: 10% of outstanding shares; including:

a)    Dividends for 2015 (the second payment): 7%

b)    Bonus: 3%

-          Number of shares estimated to issue: 4,357,313 shares
