On April 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.488/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (stock code: VPK) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: May 11, 2016

-        Record date:  May 12, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: dividend payment for 2015 in cash

-        Payment ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-        Payment date: May 30, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company, Area 6-12 Tan Thoi Hiep Industrial Park, Hiep Thanh, District 12, Hochiminh (on the day of the week) from May 30, 2016 and please submit ID card.
