On April 27, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.496/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company (stock code: FCM) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: May 11, 2016

-        Record date:  May 12, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2015

-        Payment ratio:  5%/par value (VND500/share)

-        Payment date: June 08, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares                 have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at FECON Mining Joint Stock Company (Address: Thi Son Industrial Park, Thi Son, Kim Bang, Ha Nam.) from  June 08, 2016 and please submit ID card.
