GDT: BoD approves 10% stock dividend

On April 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (code: GDT) approved the following contents:

1)    Approving to choose RSM DTL Auditing to audit GDT’s financial statements in 2016.

2)    Approving plan for the final dividend for 2015:

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (or 100:10)

-          Outstanding volume: 12,965,455 shares

-          Treasury volume: 0 shares

-          Estimated issue volume: 1,296,545 shares

-          Total volume after dividend payment: 14,262,000 shares

-          Issue date: in 2016.
