TBC: The record date for the second cash dividend for 2015

On May 05, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.524/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: May 19, 2016

-          Record date: May 20, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800 / share).

-          Payment date: June 10, 2016

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company as from June 10, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
