REE: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2015 On April 25, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.490/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (stock code: REE) as follows:
- Ex-right date: May 11, 2016
- Record date: May 12, 2016
- Reason and Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2015
- Content:
- Estimated issue volume: 40,442,109 shares
- Payment ratio: 20:3 (The one who owns 20 shares will receive 03 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
- For example, if shareholder A owns 42 shares at the record date, he will receive 06 new shares from the 2015 dividends and VND3,000 in cash from the fractional shares that the company will buy back as treasury stocks at VND10,000 / share. The calculation of the number of received shares is as follows:
(42 shares/20) x 3 =6.3 shares, rounded down to 6 shares. 0.3 fractional share will be bought back as treasury stocks at VND10,000/ share. Therefore, Shareholder A will receive 06 new shares and VND 3,000 in cash.
